We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Your rights under the ACL cannot be excluded.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as required under the ACL.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Digital products and sale items marked final sale are not eligible for return unless faulty.
